Japanese Summary:
イッシュ地方にやって来たサトシとゴウ。ピカチュウを使ったロケット団の悪だくみにエースバーンとルカリオが振り回され…２匹の珍道中が始まる！イッシュ地方・ヒウンシティにやって来たサトシとゴウ。ピカチュウをゲットするために、こっそり先回りしていたロケット団は、ピカチュウにそっくりな秘蔵メカ「ほぼほぼピカチュウ」を使い、ピカチュウとのすり替えを目論む。その現場を目撃したエースバーンとルカリオ。ロケット団を追いかけ、2匹の珍道中が始まって…！？
