絶海の孤島・セロアイランドで、ミュウのものと思われるサイコエネルギーが確認された!サトシとゴウは期待に胸を膨らませ、調査に向かう。ミュウを求め、ポケモンたちと協力しながら過酷な島を進んでいく2人。冒険の果てに出会ったのはミュウ…ではなく、ミュウツーだった!サトシとゴウの「夢」をかけたバトルがはじまる!!

The two make their way through the harsh environment on the island with help from their Pokémon in search of Mew. And at the end of their adventure, they encounter... not Mew, but Mewtwo! A battle with Satoshi and Go's "dreams" at stake now begins!
