サトシとゴウの元へ、以前サトシとバトルをしたホウエン地方のホウジから調査の依頼が。なんでも、ホウジのおじさんがやっている温泉宿のお湯が出なくなってしまったらしい。町の人たちは、わざわいポケモン・アブソルが原因だと思っているが、本当にアブソルが原因なのか…！？サトシたちは本当の原因を突き止めるため、ホウエン地方へ向かう！

It appears the hot spring inn Hoji's grandfather runs isn't getting any water anymore. The villagers blame the Disaster Pokémon Absol, but is this REALLY Absol's doing?! Satoshi and Go head to the Houen region to pin down the actual cause.
