世界中を巡り、汚れた水を清めているといわれる伝説のポケモン・スイクン。そのスイクンが、とある湖に留まっているとの情報が入る。伝説のポケモンをゲットするチャンスに、俄然気合いが入るゴウ。早速湖に向かったサトシとゴウが目にしたのは、悪のポケモンハンター集団と、傷つきながらも湖と野生のポケモンたちを守ろうとするスイクンの姿だった!

Japanese Summary Translation:

News on the legendary Pokémon Suicune has been obtained! Satoshi and Go immediately head to a lake, where they see Suicune trying to protect it from a group of evil Pokémon Hunters!

The legendary Pokémon Suicune is said to travel across the world, purifying polluted water as it goes. News has come in that it's staying at a certain lake for now, and Go instantly gets excited about the chance to get a legendary Pokémon. He and Satoshi immediately head to the lake, where they see a group of evil Pokémon Hunters and a Suicune trying to protect both the lake and the wild Pokémon there in spite of being injured!

Special First-Airing Segment Movie Preview

A Pokémon Jungle Report (ポケモンジャングルリポート) segment aired to promote Pocket Monsters the Movie Coco (劇場版ポケットモンスター ココ) which was in theaters in Japan at the time of the original broadcast. The segment was hosted by Four Thousand Heads Tall (四千頭身) which consists of group members: Hiroki Tsuzuki, Goto Takumi and Ryodai Ishibashi (都築拓紀、後藤拓実、石橋遼大).

This segment showcased the Zarude, Hoshigarisu, Uu, and Celebi.
