Hikaru Takahashi (髙橋ひかる) is a PokéRookie who is part of the cast of PokéDoko. She became famous in Japan when she participated and won the 14th Japan Bishōjo Contest in 2014. She is an actress and model and is affiliated with the talent agency Oscar Promotion.
