Biography
Todd is a Pokémon Photographer would has taken pictures of many Pokémon including an Articuno and an Aerodactyl. He does not like taking pictures of people but after befriending Ash and his friends he took one of them all together as a keepsake. He has no known Pokémon of his own.
He is the protagonist of the game Pokémon Snap and also appears in New Pokémon Snap.
