YURIYAN RETRIEVER (ゆりやんレトリィバァ), who's real name is Yuri Yoshida (吉田有里), is a Japanese idol and comedian. She is affiliated with the talent agency Yoshimoto.

The official Japanese Pocket Monsters anime Twitter account posted a message on February 24th, 2021 about Yuriyan Retriever playing the role of Koduck as well as her comments.

Yuriyan Retriever appears as a guest voice actress in Anipoke Episode 57!
She will be the voice of Koduck, the character that Kikuna met and remembers.

I was so happy to be able to do the voice of my favorite Pokémon from my childhood!
Koduck's only line was "Kopa," so I thought it would be easy, but when I actually started recording, it was very difficult to express Koduck's emotions and personality with just my voice!
I realized that Pokémon, like humans, are creatures that express a lot of emotions.

子どもの頃から大好きなポケモンの声をさせて頂けて嬉しかったです! コダックのセリフは「コパ」だけだつたので、簡単かと思っていましたが、実際にアフレコをしてみたらコダックの感情や性格を声のみで表現するのはとても難しかつたです!
人間と同じでポケモンも感情をたくさん表現する生き物なんだと実感しました。2月26日(金)に放送されるア二メ「ポヶットモンス夕一」を是非楽しみにして〈ださぃ。コダツク大好き!
