Kenji Utsumi was a voice actor and actor that was affiliated with the talent agency Ken Production. He was married to fellow voice actress Michiko Nomura until he died on June 13th, 2013 at 3:01 PM of peritoneal cancer at the age of 75. He was most well known for playing Senbei in Dr. Slump.
