I have added notes to the 19th episode of the anime series and to this episode of Get TV indicating that the episode was skipped. Its unclear at the time of this post why so many squids are appearing on shore and being caught by fishermen. Two theories at the time were colder Arctic waters are forcing them to the surface and/or radioactive water being dumped by the Fukushima nuclear reactor. Neither were confirmed at the time of this post but a combination of the two seems the most likely reason. Japan was quite sensitive to the issue and since this episode's plot is almost identical, the airing was skipped.
