Biography
Tulip is a Gym Leader from the Paldea region, serving the town of Alfornada. She specializes in the Psychic Type. When not serving as a Gym Leader, she works as a region-renowned model, always working on business deals and makeup brands. She also created the "Emotional Spectrum Practice", with her old friend Dendra helping host it.
