Biography
Cosmoem (Nebby/Starcloud) the evolved form of Nebby. It evolved in Cosmoem (Nebby/Starcloud) in SM50 after being released by Faba from his device that stopped it from being able to Teleport.
While visiting the Altar of the Sunne, Cosmoem (Nebby/Starcloud) evolved into Solgaleo (Nebby/Starcloud) after the Island deities held a ritual and a beam of sunlight came from the Altar tower, directly aimed at Cosmoem (Nebby/Starcloud).
