The official trailer for Pokémon: BW Rival Destinies was taken down off the official YouTube account for Pokémon by ShoPro, the Japanese distributor of the Pocket Monsters anime. It could just be a case of YouTube automatic scanner detecting scenes in the trailer that match content that ShoPro has got indexed for removal on YouTube though, so we'll give them the benefit of the doubt. It is funny though that the official trailer has been taken down due to copyright infringement. Just shows how stupid intellectual property protection has got lately.

Black and White English dub episodes 1-4 are available to stream. Quite good quality. I was expecting poorer but there is some macroblocking visible but doesn't deter from watching.

Nintendo has put out a press release stating that a dedicated Pokémon section will be added to the new Nintendo Zone. The Pokémon section will include full episodes of the Pokémon TV series as well as information and videos about the newest Pokémon video games, Pokémon Trading Card Game and Pokémon news.
