Description:
Pokémon Dash (ポケモンダッシュ) was the first Pokémon game to be released for the Nintendo DS. Unlike the Pokémon RPG games, Pokémon Dash is a racing game that pits Pikachu against other Pokémon as they 'dash' towards the finish line. The game was first released in Japan on December 2, 2004 for 4800 Yen.
Pokémon Dash takes an innovate new approach to Pokémon games as players race through various courses. Race your Pikachu against a crew of well known Pokémon as you make a mad 'dash' for the goal! Race Pikachu over land, air and sea while keeping an eye out for the competition. Get your Nintendo DS stylus in shape as you whip it back and forth to find power-ups, hot spots, and even a friendly Lapras to hitch a ride on!
Up to six players can join in on the fun thanks to the Nintendo DS's wireless capabilities. You can unlock more courses by completing the various mode. The player can only play as Pikachu in single player and it can be controlled by sliding the stylus across the touch screen on the Nintendo DS in order to keep Pikachu moving.
The game also features the ability to insert the Game Boy Advance games Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald compatibility in Slot 2 of the Nintendo DS. Pokémon Dash will make a course based on the Pokémon in their team.
Features:
- New 3d engine for the Nintendo DS.
- Compete in over 420 special courses!
- Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen, and Emerald compatibility to create special courses based on your Pokémon team.
- Race against up to 5 of your friends in a local wireless multi-player option.
